Am I missing something here, or did Mpls. Ward 3 defect to St. Paul?  How is
it that a neighborhood political organization has its HQ (or at least its
phone) outside of Mpls?

Ok. I really don't know anything about what's happening up there outside of
what I read on this list.  There is clearly a perception, among some, that
TWNIA is a covert organization.

Has the group publicized its officers?
On the other hand, I think its a sign of something seriously wrong when a
neighborhood paper doesn't publish letters which could (potentially) shed
some light on the situation.

Anyone out there in posession of more facts?
