Some major cities like Boston, Milwaukee and San Francisco as a matter of
fact are covering over and/or removing freeways ( and I have about these
fairly recently) and yes some are in turn becoming parks. And while you
talked about neighborhoods split by highways - what about other
neighborhoods, like the one I live in, to be totally surrounded by highways
(including sound barrier walls). Just another form of segregation in the
class warfare struggle, wouldn't you say?
