GOOD NEWS!
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District postponed its decision on
MNDoT's permit for the Crosstown and 35W until April 26 at Minnetonka
City Hall. In addition, we will be having a meeting with residents in
the neighborhood (we don't have the place yet) on April 25 at 7 P.M.
so that MNDoT can explain to neighbors their efforts to improve water
quality coming off the highway and the impact the reduction in amounts
of water to Diamond Lake will be. I believe the additional time is
critical to provide highway neighbors the information they need to
comment on and understand the ramifications of this huge project at
the local level.
