I am disappointed nobody from the city council or the numerous official eyes and ears who lurk on this site did not addresss my query. I guess I'll have to go to Mr. Hefferan himself. I wonder if he'll remember making a comment to a city councilmember about it being within their rights to divulge to the public, discussion that has gone on behind closed doors. I can't imagine why such a recollection would be so vivid in my memory were it not true. Wouldn't it be the height of disingenuousness for a person to speak often of the shroud of secrecy and yet not reveal what they know when it was within their rights?
