28th about 11:00pm is Arbor Day with the citywide celebration at Edgewater
Park on Marshall Ave. near Lowry and will feature planting of trees and the
Edgewater Singers who word has it have written a special song for the Mayor
and the volunteers.
And just a note - the website for the Minneaplis Park Board is being tested
and the opening launch day is April 28, 2001. You'll be able to signup for
almost everything and see every nook and cranny of the system right at home
on your computer. It is an incredible site - hope you all are going to like
it.
