A new pro sports stadium? No problem! All the billionaire
owners have to do is wander down to the permit office in City of
Lakes building and I'm sure they'll set 'em up with the proper
paperwork.

>Dear list mebers here is a little bit about what I think about the
>Stadium I hope that this might clear up some of the confusion that
>there might be out there. Hope this works.
> Hello RT in Response of you question about what I think about
>different stadium's I will tell you what I think about what is going
>on with the stadium's.
> I think that the Twins should get a new stadium because baseball
>was supposed to be played OUT SIDE. And I think that the Metro dome
>was made for football and Baseball was added when the the old Met
>center was torn down. I am a huge sports fan. If I don't have any
>thing to do on weekends i am usually at a ball game whether its
>Basketball,or Baseball. I am a huge basketball fan. but I use to
>play baseball and Soccer. If the Twins get a stadium I think that
>it should be an out door stadium with a retraceable roof so if there
>is bad weather the game can go on. I also think that this stadium
>should be able to be available to the High schools and the Minnesota
>Gophers. I think that this Stadium should be one that can be used
>at any time.
> Here is the big question that keeps coming up. How are we going to
>pay for these new stadiums in the state of Minnesota? Here is how I
>my self think that we should go about paying for these stadiums.
>First I think that we need to find out who is the stadium going to
>house. If the stadium is going to be for the Gophers/Vikings, I
>think that a majority of the money that is needed needs to come from
>those organizations. If these groups want a new stadiums I think
>that they need to help pitch in with some of the costs. Then I
>think that there are so many different interest groups out there
>that want get a stadium built for there team I think that they
>should go to the people of there group and say look we want to help
>build a stadium for ex. The Minnesota Twins. We need to anti up (X)
>number of dollars to help build a stadium for our team.
> I don't want a sports team to leave the state of Minnesota because
>there is no insterst in the team. I think that the sports teams in
>the State can Compete with any other major teams any where in the
>country.
>
>Keep Pro Sports in the State of Minnesota.
