Here is something to add to the pot regarding separate Park Board.
The City Council voted 12-1 to allow the Kondirator metal shredder on the
river front ten years ago.
The Park Board passed two resolutions opposing the metal shredder, and was
the first (and for a long time the only) elected body to oppose it.
