An item of interest perhaps....
Upon receiving the news that as of September 2001 a certain nameless city
department will be losing its free parking priveleges and will have to pay
or pool (the HORROR, a "Parking Needs Assessment" was distributed.
Approximately 110 staff members responded.
The results only add to the woes of Minneapolis' current systems of public
transit in that they emphasize the fact that most people are driving to
work, ALONE in a fume-chugging automobile, MOST of the time.
