According to Robert Whereatt's article in today's STAR TRIBUNE, http://www.startribune.com/viewers/qview/cgi/qview.cgi?template=politics_a&s lug=puni05 the House Republicans are socking it to the city of Minneapolis with several bills which negatively impact our city. According to the article, these bills are either 1) retribution for treatment from previous Minneapolis DFL legislative committee chairs or 2) an attempt at equitable distribution of funding on a statewide basis. But, will the House Republican measures prevail in Conference Committee and become law? Comments please.
