I just heard that Rybak was slightly ahead in the final ballot - but how
many ballots did this go to, and when did they start with the Mayor
endorsement? C'mon, more scoop to the addicts on this list.
The Mpls Issues table was wonderful. I loved the "electronic village"
display.
