Mpls-Issues tip: PLEASE trim the previous message when responding. The redundant
characters make tough reading for Digest subscribers and needlessly lengthens download
times.
-----------
We've hashed out decorum enough for now - I think all of us (whether you
agree or not) understand the message.

In general, the list is generally not for discussing the list. (Given
decaying civility, it was time to - briefly - observe that one in the
breach.) Now, I respectfully ask members to stop discussing the "decorum"
thread and go back to our purpose - discussing city issues. We are a
high-enough traffic list already without excessive navel-gazing.

If you still want to talk about the list, please surf to the
Minneapolis-Rules discussion on egroups.com
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mpls-rules

Unlike the main list, it's usually low-traffic, except when controversy
flares.
