In the case of rental housing, the following occurs.
Graffiti happens.
Neighborhood group could start labeling your property as a problem property.
What ever the cost, get it cleaned up right away.
Pass the cost on (like all of the costs ) to the customer. Thats the renter
in this case.
To those who would say " that's just pennies per year".
I would quote my Grandmother. " Pay attention to the pennies, the dollars
take care of themselves".
