all the facts about the history of the highway 55
reroute as recounted by ken bradley may be correct.
that it is all about money and development may even be
right.
that by inference our present mayor is beholden to
special interests may even be right.
am i supposed to believe that mr. bradley's candidate
will really be about anything other than $$$$ just
because he calls for campaign reform and because he is
a fresh(?) new face on the scene.
i went to mr. rybak's website a couple weeks ago
expecting to find a list of donors. am i just a dummy
and missed it?
i suspect that what we might see in the rybak reform
administration is just a new set of developers. i'm
reminded of the hype for riverplace when it opened and
the public was told we could expect all new stores and
what we found on closer examination was the usual
suspects with new aliases.
i suppose next you'll say you've got a bridge in
brooklyn you want to sell us.
