Can anyone tell me, is there a particular city staff person in
Minneapolis who would be a "Point Person" in regards to the Stadium
Debate (i.e. - the person most able to answer questions on city
policy)?
And if so, who would it be?
I'm asking in regards to upcoming Politalk / E-Democracy discussion
on Stadium Finance.
