I've also heard that the highest point in Mpls. is where R.T. and Annie say
-- the general area of what's known as Deming Park ... or Deming Heights ...
or Norway Hill ... or Norwegian Hill .... or Near My House, take your pick.
What a view! Check it out on Father's Day, when the Hill and St. Anthony
Parkway are the site of the (third?) annual Soapbox Derby.
