R.T. has it right. The city took away Lake Sandy (but did give us a great
golf course), but unless LOTS of excavation is going to happen, they can't
take away N.E. as the high point in Minneapolis.

I've always throught the highest point in Minneapolis was on St. Anthony
Parkway, just at the edge of Waite Park...as you climb onto a hill
overlooking the old Lake Sandy bed and the current golf course.
