Geography geeks, apparently, litter the list. A lurker sent me a message
noting that the 45th parallel (midway between equator and pole) runs through
Minneapolis, challenging list members to reveal where in the city the
parallel runs. (You don't have to list everything, just things along the
45th parallel.)
You geeks are on your honor not to use maps or computers, just your
excellent knowledge of the city. Sara Strzok of the vaunted Borchert Map
Library will settle all disputes.
I'm glad this list can be used for fun Minneapolis stuff once in awhile and
not just hardball politics!
