I miss Woolworth's too - they had it ALL. I don't know why they were THE 
choice for so-called "mid-priced" retail, accept that they had their hand 
out the farthest. I live in north Minneapolis and drive to Crystal to the 
Target there. The one on Broadway is laughable as far as service and 
selection go; the one on Lake Street and Minnehaha is nearly as bad. 
Grocery-wise, there's no place with a selection on the north side. The 
Quarry's a madhouse: I end up going to Rainbow in Robbinsdale or a newer, 
small Cub out by Brookdale. Sure would be nice to see a nice big CUB on the 
near northside someday.
