I was at the endorsing convention that Saturday.Trying to remember, both Lisa
and R.T. thought that the subject of reparations was something to look. Lisa
was for it, but needed to look at the numbers, R.T. said that this was a
federal issue and would have to study it more.
I think they could voice support for it when they meet with other mayors, but
that's about it. R.T. seems to know more about it, I seem to remember him
saying he read The Debt, and Last Standing Woman by Randall Robinson and
Winona LaDuke, respectively.
If the candidates McDonald and Rybak would like to elaborate on this, I don't
want to put words in your mouth.....
