one of two finalists in Nashville after two other candidates withdraw:

Redoubtable Rochelle Olson reports the Minneapolis school district is
negotiating a contract with Mayor Sayles Belton's husband Steve. He now has
a $25,000 part-time, part-year contract (which works out to $150,000
full-time) as the system's affirmative action director:
