[Mpls] NRP's fate

I'm watching the House and Senate debates of the Omnibus Tax Bill.  The House defeated 
an amendment to resuscitate NRP.  In the Senate, Sen. Pogemiller was grilled by Sen. 
Ranum.  The debate continues in both chambers, but the future of NRP does not look 
good.
