TRI data, for the years 1987-1999, is available, online, at
http://oaspub.epa.gov/enviro/tris_web.dcn_details?tris_id=55413GRCNC6011T&fac_uin=MND006253223.
A search page can be found at
http://www.epa.gov/enviro/html/tris/tris_query.html.
This search page lets you search by Facility Identification, Geography,
Standard Industrial Classification, and Chemical Name. The Geography
search allows one to search by ZIP code, which is a handy way to find
all to reporting facilities in a given area.
Below is data I pulled from the TRI site for Graco. I have includ

I wonder where Fran Guminga got her numbers. According to the above TRI
reports, for all years from 1990 onward, a total of 218,404 pounds have
been released on-site, that is, 109 tons were released by Graco for the
entire 1990's decade.
