I will not be supporting the NRP referendum currently being promoted by
Robert Lilligren, Sheila Delaney, et.al.  As I previously indicated on this
list, this referendum effort is premature and irresponsible.  We need more
detailed information on city/county budgets and related property tax
information, before structuring a new NRP financing proposal.  I urge NRP
supporters not to shoot themselves in the foot with a premature referendum
package.
