Just a brief reminder about formatting guidelines. Please remember these when sending future posts: 1. Please send all messages in Plain Text format if possible. The list server is programmed to stop any post not in Plain Text. The reason is that viruses have been transmitted this way, plus fancy formats (HTML, MIME, etc.) take up more download time and with our high traffic, who needs that? I do wave through some fancy-format posts that the list server catches -- primarily from AOL users because AOL, in its infinite wisdom, won't allow members to send Plain Text. (My advise to AOL users is, if you can stand having another email account, set up one on Yahoo for the list. You can access it from AOL, and you'll have all your list traffic there, instead of your main inbox. It's free, too.) Also, if you reply to an HTML or other formatted post, it will probably be in that format and get stopped. If you can, try to send your reply Plain Text. You can set some email programs to send messages to certain addresses, like [EMAIL PROTECTED] in plain text. Outlook, for example, allows this if you set the list address as a contact. 2. Please DO NOT use attachments. Very bad. This is how viruses usually are transmitted. I wave some attachments through accidentally. Some day, I might wave through a virus and I'll feel terrible. Spare me the agony. Plus messages-as-attachments are harder to read and longer to download. 3. Remember to sign your posts with real name and neighborhood. It's a list rule.
