As I have stated before there is no official rating of "Unacceptable" of
"Unqualified" from the Stonewall DFL. We only rate people as either
acceptable or endorsed. In order to be rated acceptable a candidate needs an
affirmative vote of 50% of the members present. For an endorsement 60% plus
one are needed.
