My polling place (Bancroft School) looked pretty empty, but the judges
told me that business had been "steady."
At the Hard Times Cafe, they asked me if I had voted and gave me a free
biscuit with my coffee when I said that I had.
At North Country Coop, discussing World Trade Center and Pentagon
events, the guy at the register said, "I just hope this doesn't screw up
the election."
I assume it will affect turnout at least some. What do other people
think?
