In writing this e-mail, I lost my first draft and it's hard to recapture
what I was saying. My computer just shut down. This has been a really bad
day. Many people lost their lives and friends and families were destroyed
and right now politics doesn't hold much importance for me.
I am overjoyed that so many greens will go on to the general election. For
the first time I got my first results from the web, specifically the city
web site. very nice.
I put down sunflower seeds months ago and only this past week have they
opened, the sunflower is the symbol of the Green Party. After so many years
of faith, fruit at last.

Let me be the first to congratulate R.T. on his campaign and his win this
evening, a little fresh air please..........
I can't wait until he is handed the baton and the real race begins....Good
Luck!!!!!!!

I think everyone ran really good campaigns and I was impressed with the
civility, let's keep it up.
Also I want to congratulate Natalie Johnson Lee on her strong 2nd place
showing, good work.
And of course Brother Shane Price, the next council member for the 3rd
Ward, way to go!!!!!!!
