Folks, we are again on the wrong (general) side of the terrorism
question. Sticking Minneapolis in your subject head doesn't make a
Minneapolis issue...please, stick to things Minneapolis policymakers
have control over, or events in Minneapolis, or unique terrorism impact
on Minneapolis.
(Also, general discussions of the army, soldiers, etc. are also not
appropriate here.)
