However, what list members don't know is that the nasty tone and non-Minneapolis focus this list has taken in recent weeks has weighed heavily on Mr. Brauer and has caused him to very seriously consider abandoning his work on the list altogether.
I, too, have been in contact with Mr. Brauer and know of his frustration with the tone of the posts on "the list." I think it's about time we all look at the tone and subject matter. There's too much good "stuff" on the list to be ruined by insensitivity and nongermane topics.
