Now I didn't think that Wizard Marks was a campaign spokesperson for Vickie
Brock. I assume Brock is able to speak for herself. I called Vickie again
today to ask her a few questions. The Ward 8, assistant, Connie, told me
that Vickie was "out in the ward" at meetings all day today. She was also
"out in the ward" yesterday.

Robert Lilligren has always been able to speak for himself on this list and
others. When a list member of Central Chat asked both Robert Lilligren and
Vickie Brock to comment on the 35W mitigation and enhancement committee,
Robert Lilligren did quickly. Brock has ignored the comment.
My general inclination is to vote for candidates who are willing to use the
Minneapolis Issues forum and in my neighborhood, the Central Chat forum as
a way to communicate with their constituents over those who will not.
There are ofcourse other criteria. It should be pretty obvious that I'm
not supporting Wizard Marks for Library Board even though to her credit,
she does post regularly on Minneapolis Issues.
On this topic, I would like to see RT Rybak answer the question David
Brauer posted to the list a few days ago. It was a legitimate question.
I also want to commend the professionalism of the Mayor's campaign. When I
called her campaign office yesterday, the staff were very pleasant and
professional. I appreciated the candid responses to my questions from
campaign manager Jo Mattson.
Regarding posting a private message to Minneapolis Issues -- I did not do
that -- I HAD forwarded MA's private message to David for his information
-- and the subject line still had the [Mpls] hook. I summarized MA's
private message to me and mentioned the message was available in the
Central Chat archives. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cnia-chat/messages/
Another list member wrote me privately with the point that even if MA sent
me an inappropriate message by private email, I should not have posted his
employer and phone number on the list. I think that's a reasonable point.
