Redistricting: What are recall procedures to force elections for city council in two years? 10th Ward City Council: Doug Kress and Dan Niziolek are both strong candidates. However, they are very different in their stengths, weaknesses, and approaches to solving problems. The Wedge (Lowry Hill East's neighborhood paper) ran a long article based on an interview with the two candidates in the October issue. We hoped to have a transcript of the interview available on our website, but ran into difficulties that made it impossible.
