the contents of e-mails reflecting Jackie Cherryhomes venal actions in
granting special favors, dispensations, or sacks of cash to City hall
insiders or unfairly punishing the less favored, and make an atomic bomb or
create a Frankenstein for the new era. Openness in government scares me too!
