I'm with Molly Schultz on this.

R.T. specifically said "no money for a stadium, money
for parks"

It was never going to be.

The thing now is to keep the number $10 million in
mind and look for the loopholes to get around that
number.

This is a done deal if the Twins are sold. 

When Jim Niland agreed to the $10 million figure which
I'm pretty sure he did, the writing was on the wall.

Watch for the city to offer about $10 milion for the
property owned by Bruce whatever his name is, you know
the poarcel in the concrete valley, and Mr Lambrecht
(that's his name) coming back to the courts for more
money.

The figure he has used previously for his property is
$18 million.
