I apologize for going off on Mark Johnson with my earlier remarks. I guess all the rumor and inuendo flying over budget and policy issues in recent weeks has me overly edgy. We all know the devil's in the details, and maybe they are just too few and far between these days. And just maybe, the sun will shine again soon!
