I would ask if either Ms. Taylor or Ms. Heller could provide a
reference to some facts or figures to support this statement, please.
Because the statement that only a minute portion (defined by my
dictionary as very small, tiny, trifling amount) of the welfare dollar goes
to welfare recipients does not seem very believable to me.
