With regard to the below statement, I am a 20 year resident of the Phillips neighborhood and I certainly do not ask or feel that I need an explanation for Theresa Carr's work. The Franklin Ave. development is the best thing I have ever seen in Phillips for 20 years. Kudos to AIBDC and Theresa...they have my blessing and full support. Their revitalization efforts have been a blessing to our community, in my opinion.
I trust that they will continue to represent community wishes in their continued revitalization and if they ever need testimony to support their projects, I will certainly always be there!! I love their work and wish to say Thank You for their efforts and perseverance.
