I want to acknowledge Thomas's objection and say he was right. If I
wasn't sure of my initial facts - and I wasn't - I shouldn't have thrown
the question out there as pejoratively as  I did. I should have more
neutrally asked what the Chamber's stances were and what role Jennings
played.

My apologies to Mr. Jennings and list for the unfair (but not
maliciously intended) implication. And thanks to Mr. Swift for calling
me on it. I'll be more careful next time.
