Hello, Minneapolis Issues List members - I send each of you Kwanzaa Greetings!
The Kwanzaa celebration began yesterday and will continue until January 1. Kwanzaa celebrates the goodness in life and focuses on the importance and unity of families and community.
December 26th (day 1) stressed Umoja (Unity) and today (day 2) the emphasis is on Kujichagulia (self-determination).
