People get ready: When Victoria offers to expose and reveal who has gotten
the huge sacks of our municipal tax/treasure some fat cats will become
extremely nervous. I personally wonder how many of the "non-profiteers"
beating the drum for mo'money to "help the homeless" are lining their pockets
with inflated fees to their for-profit spin offs.
