I second Mark's relief. Along with the looks of "wow..." one garners while bicycling through the snow, not having to park in winter is one of the greatest pluses to going car-free.
On a somewhat related topic: in this time of snow emergencies, it is interesting to note that Josh Jore, the mayoral candidate of the "No Snow Emergencies" party, received about twenty votes in the last city primary.
