Geographically there is no overlap.  In Mpls., we have our Minneapolis
libraries and we pay for our Minneapolis Libraries... we also pay for
Hennepin Co. Libraries which we are free to use as well.

There are some unique services, but I'll let current MPL Board members speak
to the questions of duplication/overlap, and potential cost savings via
cooperation and/or consolidation.  Have at it folks.
