Not all is well in TV Land. Seen on the KSTP news tonight: a Mall of America commercial that uses as its jingle a reworked version of "Love Is All Around," the theme song from the Mary Tyler Moore show.
Heard on the LRT, 2004: "Attention Hiawatha Line passengers boarding trains at Nicollet Mall Station! Be alert for any suspiciously statuesque packages with protruding hands tossing bronze berets, bound for Bloomington! Report any such sightings to Commandant Niland at the Minneapolis Office of Cultural Affairs immediately!" They're going to take it after all ... da da da da da!
