The Selwin Ortega hearing was re-scheduled to Feb. 12th. Scott Reeves, is the City Attorney on this case. As of December 7th, 2002..the administrative hearing was proceeding having been delayed due to the date of the Sabri trial. But, Selwin's review by the Adminstrative Law Judge on the City Council decision to revoke his licenses continues.
