I am so dissapointed in the Mayor for making that statement. Being a public employee at the lower end of the pecking order, I can tell you that public employees are sick and tired of that statement.
I feel like I may be hyper-sensitive to that SPECIFIC vernacular used by the Mayor, but he will not get the team effort he'll need to turn things around if uses that as his mantra.
