My thanks to NRP for releasing information so we can ourselves debate 
the merits of the proposals.  Minor request:  any chance the NRP Link is 
on-line for those of us not on the mailing list? 

I'm looking at two things:  1) how truly affordable the housing is, 
given the request for public subsidy; and 2) who if anyone is displaced 
by a proposed project?  Actually, three: whether there has been 
resolution of the conflict of interest issue that weighs heavily on the 
Carriage House Program.

I hope others weigh in on this.
