You are correct Emilie. I checked with the Special Investigations Unit of
the Mpls Police Dept. and promptly learned that: 1, Most car thefts are done
by juveniles and their pictures cannot be publicized. 2, The four gentlemen
pictured in the bait car billboard in dispute are- 1 "white", 2 "black", and
1 "Hispanic" (should that be capitalized?).
I want to know what religion they are and why were women left out, again?
See how unfair the police are being? They can never seem to satisfy all of us.
