I agree wholeheartedly with Mr. Lohman.

Not to drudge up an old topic, but during the debate surrounding the 
expanded Super America at 40th and Lyndale it became quite apparent that the 
Lyndale-Farmstead Neighborhood Association had become the "100 feet within 
Super America Neighborhood Association." 

Those closest to a proposed project need to have a voice, but it should not 
be the predominate voice.  Decisions should be made on how they impact the 
entire neighborhood, with ultimately the final decision resting upon the 
elected officials.
