In yesterday's post I hastily had both houses (one on either side of the wedge) leveled. I was corrected, one was moved. will miracles ever cease.... If you haven't seen the new Pulse, it has list member Ken Avidor's sci-fi or not so sci-fi story of how the Earth is abandoned by a few wealthy, well connected people for a space colony. This thought has gone through my head but Ken's story had a happy ending, mine was not so rosy. Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the site for a stadium near the garbage burner(if that's still the site that is being thrown around) is near a garbage burner that emits dioxin....just thought it might be a good idea to do an air quality test there or something..... I've heard that with the state's financial problems, our new library has hit a snag, has anyone heard the same, and if it has, could we resolve the library siuation first. (This is besides the planetarium)
