Several commissioners have e-mail's and are on this list... Audrey Johnson, Rod Krueger, Annie Young, Gary Schiff (and I am sure others have e-mail) and we did decide when setting our meeting schedule that we would go out to neighborhood's two -three times during the year. However, remember that we have anywhere form 5-75 items each agenda with items from almost every neighborhood - so targeting when we go out and for what reason is not going to be the easiest to decide. The other thing that happens is that often items get moved to consent items or are continued or postponed to future agendas. Patel Grocery (items passed and approved) on Central and the Free Store (continued over) this week had the public there to speak but the items were moved through at the very beginning of the meeting and those folks made a trip to no avail. So it is hard to get a handle on when one should be there and when one shouldn't. Still new and learning about the Planning Commission, Annie Park Board rep to Planning Commission
