If the new library is going to be on the 'south' block (meaning the site that the current library is located), then I feel very fortunate since my office (the OLD Federal Courthouse, now known as the 110 Building) is a mere 100 or so yards from it. And wouldn't you know, my cubicle faces the library! YAY!
